Evolution Training was formed in 2010 by the active Managing Director who has been an industry leading consultant in delivering IT solutions at a global level for over 30 years with the goal of educating the mainline service providers on solution design, delivery and support. Global service providers such as BT and Orange Business Services recognised the strategic value in not only selling solutions but also delivering them to the customer as intended and to the standards mandated at the point of sale. By 2012, Evolution Training had evolved more and more into a Managed IT Services business rather than a training business and by 2013 the transformation from Evolution Training to UC Network Solutions, trading as UCNS Managed IT was complete.
Since 2010, UCNS has witnessed incredible change in the IT industry with exponential technology growth and buyer patterns moving to a more agile and responsive focus on the partners they choose. The UCNS mission is genuine and sincere; we work hard to create a best of breed solution that fits around the needs of our Customers, avoiding the need for Customers to fit into a mould that is predefined. We demand exceptional quality from the very first engagement, right through to the delivery of service and eventual renewal.
